Filterdesign specializes in user centered design; putting the user/customer first during the design process. Using workplace interviews and the development of work models and personas.

Interviewing users about their work will provide insight into the context of the tasks that are going to be supported. It is a powerful tool to ensure that the right design problem is solved in the best way possible.

For more than twelve years we have assisted organizations designing websites and information systems. For us, usability is an integral part -not a consequence- of our design process.
