Filterdesign specializes in user centered design; putting the user/customer first during the design process. Using interviews, work models and persona development. UCD helps you to hear customer needs in a new way and to create new solutions to meet the large amount of different needs.

For more than twelve years we have assisted organizations designing systems and websites by clarifying the work- and decision process of their users.

For us, usability is an integral part -not a consequence- of our design process.
