Coaching
At key points during the design process we can support you by creating a project plan, introducing new techniques, help using user data, analyzing research results and communicating these results to your organization. Hands-on based on your own project 1. We start with a four hour training user research (interviews). 2. After that a day of analyzing the results together. We make a mental model. 3. And last we give e-mail comments on the design concepts you collected. Lecture We take care of a first introduction into the User Centered Design process by giving a two hour lecture. |
